3. Group 1 manages the job

   Your contract is with Group 1. We schedule a vetted, insured crew, check the work and walk the finished job with you.

What you can expect from us

• Price, scope, materials and timeline in writing before work starts.
• One point of contact at Group 1 for scheduling, questions and payment.
• Crews screened for experience and insurance before they work Group 1 jobs.
• For homes built before 1978, lead-safe (EPA RRP) work practices on any job that disturbs old paint.
• Permits pulled where required, and help checking HOA or historic-district rules before materials are ordered.

Group 1 Home Services is the contractor on every job we quote: we provide the written estimate, sign the contract and manage the work. Labor is performed by vetted, insured subcontractor crews supervised by Group 1.
