Deck and fence staining in the Memphis area
Cleaning, brightening and sealing wood decks and fences.
Wood fences and decks gray quickly in strong sun and humidity. Staining every few years protects the wood and is much cheaper than replacing boards.
The job is mostly cleaning: washing off gray fibers and mildew, letting the wood dry, then applying a penetrating stain. Fresh pressure-treated wood usually needs to dry out for a while before it will take stain.
